The San Francisco 49ers may be quite creative in their attempt to trade star forward Brandon Aiyuk, perhaps by involving a third team in the trade talks.

“I have no doubt the 49ers have had those conversations,” NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo told Rich Eisen on Thursday when asked about the possibility of a three-team trade (3:10). “That’s what I’ve been told. They’re sniffing around the league. The problem is, nobody really has a surplus of receivers that can give you the caliber of guy that you’re looking for.”
