NBA Player Props Today: November 21, 2024

It’s a small list of just four NBA games on Thursday, November 21, but the limited action shouldn’t deter bettors from looking for player props, even if there are fewer options at your disposal.

Here are three player props to bet on, including one for the reigning Defensive Player of the Year who is putting up big numbers both offensively and on the glass north of the border at -105.

Rudy Gobert records a double-double against Raptors (-105)

The Minnesota Timberwolves are one of the weaker rebounding teams in basketball, ranking 26th in the Association at just 40.6 per game. That certainly hasn’t stifled Rudy Gobert’s numbers in that area, as he is currently averaging double-digit boards for the tenth year in a row, although his 10.4 rebounds are his fewest since his second season with the Utah Jazz.

The 7-foot Frenchman has six double-doubles to his name, three of which have come in the last three games. Gobert had one earlier this season when Toronto served as visitors, finishing with 15 points and 12 rebounds in 39 minutes of action.

Tobias Harris, Jayson Tatum and Pascal Siakam have all finished with double-digit points and rebounds against the Toronto Raptors in their last three outings, and Gobert should be next in line to do that.

Collin Sexton MORE THAN 1.5 3-pointers made vs. Spurs (+104)

This is the second time this season I’ve bet on a Collin Sexton 3-point prop, and with oddsmakers putting an OVER at 1.5 profit at plus money, I’ll do so again with full confidence.

Sexton has had five consecutive games in which he has converted two or more three-pointers, and has done so in eight of his fourteen total appearances. His 3-point percentage of 51.9 during this stretch is also the best on the Jazz, as he needs just 5.4 attempts per game to reach the OVER at this prop.

The last time we leaned on Sexton to make long-range shots, he made two in the first quarter alone and reduced our anxiety almost immediately. I won’t suggest he’ll hit two early here, but it’s a reasonable guess given the current streak he’s in.

Grant Williams OVER 5.5 rebounds vs. Pistons (-120)

This is by far the least sexy bet of the evening, but one that should still work out.

The Charlotte Hornets’ Grant Williams grabbed seven or more rebounds in three straight games and ranked second on the roster in that division with 7.7 per game during that span. It’s also his longest streak of the young season, securing at least that many boards.

All Williams needs is six rebounds against the Detroit Pistons, who are one of the better rebounding teams in fourth place at 47.5 per game, although the Hornets are sixth at 46.1.
