Former MMA fighters Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal will face off in a 10-round light heavyweight bout on Saturday at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The bout between Diaz (0-1) and Masvidal (1-0, 0 KOs) was originally scheduled for June 6 but was moved up a month to Saturday, July 6. The significant change, made to avoid clashing with major UFC events, will allow the “Last Man Standing” boxing fight to draw a larger audience.

These two athletes last met in a UFC fight in 2019. The fighters competed in the first BMF Championship at UFC 244. Doctors stopped the bout after Diaz suffered a cut above his eye, and the victory went to Masvidal.
