Mike Trout Targets July Return – MLB News

2 minutes agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (knee) is recovering from knee surgery, but there is no timetable yet for his return from the injured list. Trout said he is “feeling really good” and is “relieved” as he can almost run and punch in the cages. He currently plays catch and jogs on the Alter-G Treadmill. Before being placed on the injured list on April 30, Trout was hitting .220/.345/551 with 10 homers, 14 RBI, 17 runs scored and six steals. He did say he would be “disappointed” if he isn’t back by the end of July, something fantasy managers would unanimously feel. Patience remains the key word for Trout’s actual return.
