Michigan Football Honors James Earl Jones on Videoboard for Arkansas State Game | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats & Rumors

James Earl Jones, a 1955 graduate of the University of Michigan, was honored by the school after he died this week at age 93.

Before kickoff of Saturday’s game between the Wolverines and Arkansas State, a moment of silence was held in The Big House, with footage of some of his most iconic roles shown on the video screen.

Jones’ agent confirmed that the legendary actor passed away on Monday. Michigan posted the pregame hype video for football games that same day, narrated by Jones.
