Manchester United are in talks to sell Facundo Pellistri to Panathinaikos for £8.5million.

There is no agreement yet on the transfer of the 22-year-old, because other clubs are also interested.

Meanwhile, Las Palmas have made a bid for Fulham striker Carlos Vinicius, 29, who has also attracted interest from Corinthians.

Pellistri spent the second half of last season on loan at Granada and had previously played twice on loan at Alaves.

He made 25 appearances for United after joining from Penarol in 2020.

Other clubs are also interested in Pellistri, who does not play a key role in manager Erik ten Hag’s plans

Las Palmas have made a bid for Fulham’s Carlos Vinicius, who has also attracted interest from Corinthians.

Pellistri came on as a substitute against Manchester City in the Community Shield, but was left out of the Premier League season opener against Fulham and does not play a major role in Erik ten Hag’s plans.

Vinicius was loaned to Galatasaray in the second half of last season.

He scored eight goals in 48 games for Fulham.
