Loli and Manoli discovered their passion for karate after their retirement: “It has given me back my enthusiasm”

Loli is 73 years old, but age has not been an obstacle to discovering her great passion. She just carries 5 years in the karate disciplinebut he already has great skill and has managed to win the bronze medal in the Spanish Veterans Championship.

She had never exercised before due to mobility issues and went to the go to self-defense classes at the women’s center in her neighborhood where she discovered what is now her passion.

His teacher also gave lessons in this martial discipline and Loli asked him to sign up. Since, is not stopped until it becomes in a great karateka. Moreover, thanks to this, she has regained her hope with her husband as her main follower.

Loli trains two to three times a week, but she’s not the only one. Manoli, a Galician living in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), follows in his footsteps and has been declared second in the Spanish championship.
