Liam Livingstone makes exceptional diving catch in Vitality T20 blast

England all-rounder Liam Livingstone put on a display of top-class fielding during the match between Lancashire and Nottinghamshire in the Vitality T20 blast. The match between the teams took place on Wednesday (17 July) at the Emirates, Old Trafford in Manchester.

Liam Livingstone was the star player for his team in the match. The all-rounder gave his best with the bat and ball as well as on the field. He was the MVP for Lancashire in the match against Nottinghamshire and helped them win the match by a margin of 8 wickets to grab important points.

Liam Livingstone stepped forward with the ball first for his team. The all-rounder took the crucial wicket of Tom Moorse and helped his team to restrict the run flow. The batter went brilliantly and he got him out for 26 runs to help his team to quickly take the 5th wicket.

Liam Livingstone bowled three overs in the match and returned with the figures of 1/22. His effort with the ball ensured that Lancashire restricted Nottinghamshire to a total of just 131 runs. Besides him, Luke Wood also took three wickets and put pressure on the opposition with his bowling.

While his bowling was commendable, Liam Livingstone came into the field with a sensational performance. The all-rounder took a blistering catch to remove Lyndon James, who performed superbly and seemed to kidnap the Lancashire with his brutal batting.

Luke Wood threw a full delivery to the leg side, which Lyndon James then flicked to the leg side. Liam Livingstone, who was in the deep, came running down the left and made a sensational dive to remove the batter and put his team in the lead of the match.

Liam Livingstone played an unbeaten innings of 54 runs from 37 balls. The all-rounder batted at a strike rate of over 145 and also hit 3 fours and 3 sixes in his innings. His knock saw Lancashire chase down the target inside 15 overs.
