The Professional Cyclists’ Association (CPA) has announced plans to take legal action against a fan who disrupted stage 14 of the Tour de France by throwing chips at cyclists Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard. The incident occurred as Pogacar was riding up the final stretch of Pla d’Adet.
