Landon Barker has addressed rumors that he is a Diddybirthday party with a theme that made light of the sexual abuse allegations against the rapper.

In a video posted via his TikTok account on Tuesday, October 15, the singer apologized and set the record straight.

“I just want to apologize and address the fact that people are saying I had a very themed birthday party,” Barker said in the video. “First of all, I didn’t have a birthday party. My birthday party is next week.”

Last week, videos surfaced showing Barker, 21, attending a party that appeared to mock Diddy’s victims. This came after the singer went to dinner at Nobu in Los Angeles with his father, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barkerand stepmother, Kourtney Kardashian.

Landon admitted that he had dinner at Nobu with his family to celebrate his birthday and later went out with his friends. He explained that a club promoter invited the group to a party with the promise of table and bottle service.

Later, a video showed guests holding light-up bottles of baby oil laced with alcohol, an apparent reference to the 1,000 bottles of baby oil that police seized when they raided the rapper’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles earlier this year.

In another video from that night, a DJ could be heard saying, “We’re really going crazy tonight. We’re driving Diddy crazy tonight.’

Landon explained that due to the club’s poor lighting, he couldn’t see what the bottles represented.

“Everyone says, ‘Why didn’t you leave right away?’ That was because I didn’t immediately know what was going on,” he said. “It was a dark area and all I could really see was another table with flashing bottles being brought out. The bottles had flashing lights underneath them so I couldn’t make out what they were. I just think they bring tequila by the bottle. I have no idea what’s going on at this point.”

“Not once did I pick up the bottle and I didn’t like it,” he added. “I just went to a club to celebrate my birthday and got into a bad situation.”

Finally, Landon apologized to those he hurt by getting into that situation.

“I apologize to anyone I hurt. This was not my idea and I never wanted this to happen,” he told his followers.

A source said People last week that the footage came from someone else’s party and that Landon didn’t know the bottles would be there.

“Neither he nor the owner had any knowledge of the theme of the party, nor was he aware that the servers would be handing over bottles of baby oil for someone else that evening,” the source said. “He did not participate in the baby oil service and refused to participate.”
