Kyle Filipowski Jazz Signs Four-Year, $12 Million Contract

The Utah Jazz used their remaining $3 million in cap space to sign Kyle Filipowski to a four-year, $12 million contract. The deal is the largest for a second-round pick in the past two seasons. Filipowski’s first-year salary is roughly the same as the 22nd overall pick.

Filipowski, represented by Kyle McAlarney and Mark Bartelstein, was invited to the green room and was expected to be picked in the first round.

In eight Summer League games, Filipowski averaged 11.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22.2 minutes.
