Street Outlaws No Prep Kings race team Kye Kelley Racing has released a public statement following the death of Lizzy Musi. Musi passed away Thursday night.

Musi has battled stage 4 breast cancer. She was open about her battle in 2023 and 2024.

“We’re sure you’ve all heard the news by now. Lizzy was family to all of us,” Kye Kelley Racing said in a Facebook post. “It’s very difficult to find the right words at this time. Please be patient with us as we process the loss of our friend, and keep her friends and family in your thoughts and prayers. She’ll be riding with us this weekend.”

Kye and Musi had been in a relationship for several years. They were engaged at Darlington Dragway in Darlington, South Carolina.

She had crashed earlier in the day before she was engaged. The couple broke off their engagement last summer.

After the engagement, Musi went on a date with Jeffery Earnhardt.

The Street Outlaws No Prep Kings put a tribute on their race cars this weekend at Cordova Raceway in Cordova, Illinois. Kelley also has a tribute on his car.

They are fighting through this tragedy. These drivers are struggling with this loss while trying to put on a show for their fans.
