Kusha Kapila Responds to Samay Raina’s Roast About Her Divorce With Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia: ‘Not My First Time at the Rodeo’

Influencer and actor Kusha Kapila went through a rough patch on social media last year when she and her ex-husband Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia publicly announced their divorce. After their divorce, she chose to maintain a dignified silence on the matter.

However, recently Kapila appeared on a roast show with a panel including Samay Rain, a renowned stand-up comedian, where the topic was revisited, prompting her to break her silence days after the show.

Kusha Kapila reacts to recent divorce scandal

During an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram account, a follower asked how she handles harsh roasts, especially the one involving Samay. Kusha responded by saying that she restricts mentions of ‘Samay Raina’, ‘Aashish Solanki’ and ‘dark humour’. She also said that she is still coming to terms with her divorce and that she might share her thoughts someday when she feels ready.

Kusha responded, “This isn’t my first time at the rodeo. In the grand scheme of things, none of it matters. Probably once I process everything I’ll talk about it on a sober podcast (lol, do we have one) or maybe never. We’ll see. This profile will remain a safe space for my female and queer followers.”
