Kanye West’s Latest Major Purchase Amid Bianca Censori Divorce Rumors

Kanye West and Bianca Censori continued their relationship despite the ongoing divorce rumors. The couple spent quality time in Japan following reports of marital problems, and it appears they are preparing to return to Los Angeles as the rapper made a major purchase in Beverly Hills, where many A-list celebrities and stars live.

Kanye bought a lavish $35 million mansion in a gated community in Beverly Hills, TMZ reports. The 20,000-square-foot home features 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms on a nearly seven-acre lot. This new purchase comes months after his last real estate investment in Malibu.

The musician had bought a country house with the aim of turning it into a ‘fallout shelter’. However, he ultimately sold it for $21 million, which was 60% less than the original price in 2021. Before his Beverly Hills purchase, it was rumored that the rapper was preparing to move to Japan permanently as rumors of his divorce hit the headlines got.

Kanye’s new neighbors include Hailey and Justin Bieberwhile other stars have previously lived in the gated community, including Sylvester Stallone, Sofia Vergara, Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Rod Stewartamong others.

The new house also features a pool house, paddle tennis court, swimming pool and gazebo. Despite the new purchase, it is still unclear whether Kanye plans to move into his new property with his wife Bianca.

The rapper and the Australian architect hadn’t been spotted together in several weeks, but they decided to go out together and show some PDA while shopping in Japan, just a day after media reported they were divorcing.

“Her parents are shocked by what they see – they feel cheated because Bianca told them she was getting ready to leave,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They cannot understand what is happening and feel like they are being controlled.”
