Josh Allen has a glove on his uninjured left hand

Technically, Bills quarterback Josh Allen is free of an injury to his left hand. He will, however, be wearing a glove on his left hand ahead of Thursday night’s game in Miami.

His second and third fingers are also glued together over the glove.

Allen was listed on the injury report Monday and Tuesday as a full participant in practice, with an injury to his left hand. On Wednesday, Allen was off the report — and had no designation for the game.

The injury report says, “This is fine.” The glove with the taped fingers sends a different message.

Once the game starts, it is useful to see if he gets a blow on the hand and, if so, what the consequences are.
