The lawsuit filed Monday in New York County Supreme Court stems from an announcement earlier this month by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who said he was representing 120 individuals — men and women — who claimed to have been sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs.

Many alleged victims claimed to be minors at the time of the incidents. The last accuser, a man, said he was just a child when he had his alleged interaction with Combs.

The lawsuit says the plaintiff met Combs at an audition in 2005, when he was just 10 years old. He was flown from Los Angeles to New York City by his parents meeting and networking with other celebrities. On one occasion, however, Combs allegedly asked to meet the child privately in his hotel room. There, the lawsuit says, Combs asked the plaintiff “how much he” wanted to be a star.

Then an employee of Combs handed the plaintiff a soft drink that made him feel “funny” after drinking it. The lawsuit alleges that Combs performed oral sex on him and threatened to harm his parents if the child told them what happened. According to the complaint, he then lost consciousness and woke up with pain around his anus and buttocks. The accuser eventually told his parents, but the lawsuit says they too feared retaliation.

Combs now faces more than a dozen sexual assault lawsuits, in addition to federal sex crime charges. He pleads not guilty to the three charges and bail was refused three times. He will appear in court in May 2025.
