JD Vance Texts Revealed

Republican candidate for vice president JD Vance mocked a former beauty pageant contestant who made a mistake during Miss Teen USA in 2007.

Caitlin Upton took in the homeless man of the US senator and running mate of the former president Donald Trump on Thursday when Vance mocked Vice President Kamala Harris in a tweet.

When she became Miss South Carolina Teen USA in 2007, Upton was asked a rather unforgivable question that led her to speculate about why Americans are so bad at geography.

“Recent polls have shown that a fifth of Americans can’t find the US on a world map. Why do you think that is?”

Upton struggled with her answer:

I personally believe that Americans can’t do that because some people in our country don’t have maps. I think that our education, like in South Africa and Iraq, and all over the world, and I think that our education here in the US should help the US, South Africa, Iraq and the Asian countries, so that we can build our future.

Vance found the 17-year-old clip and posted it to X, formerly Twitter.

“BREAKING: I got my hands on the full CNN interview with Kamala Harris,” he wrote, referring to CNN’s interview with Harris and his running mate Tim Walzthe governor of Minnesota.

The tweet was met with a bombshell, with many criticizing Vance’s decision to sue a citizen over a comment she made as a teenager.

“Apparently he doesn’t know that 52-55% of the electorate is women,” wrote conservative lawyer and never-Trumper George Conway. “Let’s not tell him.”
