In this episode of McCoy & Van Noy6x Pro Bowl DT Gerald McCoy and 2x Super Bowl winner Kyle Van Noy look back on their favorite moments from Week 3 in the NFL, starting with the two games that took place on Monday night.

The guys start by discussing the difference between Josh Allen, who looks like the best QB in football right now, and Trevor Lawrence. Both Gerald and Kyle have theories as to why Josh Allen looks so much more in control now than he did earlier in his career.

Let’s take a look at the surprising Commanders, who defeated the Bengals on Monday. Jayden Daniels surprised the league with his near-perfect performance.

Gerald and Kyle also talk about how ‘soft’ football has become, the role of analytics and how this has fundamentally changed the game.

Then Gerald and Kyle talk about Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce challenging his players after their loss to the Carolina Panthers. What did he mean by certain guys making “business decisions”? And would you, as a player, take offense to that kind of criticism?

Next, the guys highlight the “Drive to Win” players from Week 3 and play a version of “Can It Last?” with some unexpected teams at the top of their divisions. Then, they go through all the games from Week 4 and make their picks.
