Jason Kelce calls Royal ‘who had fire’ after Travis’ assessment of Prince William

Prince William made a lasting impression on former NFL star Jason Kelce, but it was Princess Charlotte who excited him most after meeting members of the royal family.

Jason and Travis Kelce were both in the UK this week, supporting Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium as she continued to perform her “Eras Tour” around the world. There were also three very special guests in attendance as Prince William, who was celebrating his 42nd birthday, brought Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince George, 10, to see the singer in action.

Swift shared a backstage selfie with her boyfriend Travis as well as the three members of the royal family, with the photo seen by more than 55 million users on X. Swift wished Prince William a happy birthday, as she captioned the post: “Happy Bday M8! The London shows are off to a fantastic start.”

Although he wasn’t pictured, Jason Kelce also met the royal family and was extremely impressed with Princess Charlotte. “I have to say Prince William was fantastic, but the highlight was Princess Charlotte,” Jason said during a special British edition of the “New Heights” podcast, filmed with brother Travis.

“Prince George was amazing too. She was so —— cute. I can’t express how… I don’t know, maybe it’s because I have three girls now – she had a fire to her and she asked questions,” Jason added as he continued to compliment the princess. “That was the most exciting part of the (royal gathering).”

Travis was also impressed, as he added, “I love it when parents ask their children to make their voices heard. If anyone does it right, Prince William does it right.” Travis had high regard for Prince William, who came across as “very sincere” in the eyes of the Kansas City Chiefs.

“He was so cool, coolest mom——,” Travis said. “I didn’t realize this because obviously we meet him backstage because he was there with little George and Charlotte, and they were an absolute blast. pleasure to meet. “I wasn’t sure if I should bow down to them, take a bow, just be an American idiot and shake their hands.”

The meeting was spontaneous and Jason explained that they had not been informed about greeting the Royals. However, Jason tried to be formal as he explained, “But they said that because we weren’t at an official royal event, we didn’t have to bow or curtsy.

“If it was an official meeting of royalty, that’s what it would have been. But I still addressed him as Your Royal Highness.” Prince William was spotted dancing at Swift’s concert as he had fun with his children at Wembley Stadium.

The prince was recorded enjoying Swift’s hit song “Shake It Off” and the video went viral on social media as fans embraced his energy. Prince William is first in line to succeed King Charles III, meaning the future head of the royal family will be a confirmed Swiftie.
