Israeli planes attack two Shiite neighborhoods in southern Beirut – World

BEIRUT, November 25. /TASS/. Israeli Air Force fighter jets have attacked suspected sites of Shia Hezbollah militants on the southern outskirts of Beirut, a Civil Defense Agency source told a TASS correspondent.

“The enemy resumed attacks on southern neighborhoods and hit the areas of Haret Hreik and Bir al-Abed, where columns of smoke rose into the sky,” the source reported. He said a representative of the Israeli military command warned about the impending attacks on social media about half an hour before the airstrike.

“The people who remained in the residential areas have urgently left their homes,” the source added.
