Iran’s supreme leader warns Israel and the US of a possible ‘crushing response’ to Israeli attacks

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Saturday threatened the United States and Israel over recent Israeli attacks on Iran and its allies.

“The enemies, whether it is the Zionist regime or the United States of America, will certainly receive a crushing response to what they are doing to Iran, the Iranian nation and the resistance front,” Khamenei said in a video released by the Iranian state . media.

Last month, Israel launched attacks in retaliation against Iran for an earlier attack when Iran launched 180 ballistic missiles toward Israel on October 1, which were largely intercepted with the help of the United States.

While Israel notified the US before carrying out attacks against Iran, the US had no involvement in the operation.
