Individual rescued from rollover accident in Kalispell

Individuals were rescued Thursday by extricating a single vehicle that rolled over at the intersection of Church Drive and Farm to Market Road.

The injured occupants were transferred for advanced medical care by the ALERT Air Ambulance team.

The following was dispatched by West Valley Fire Rescue:

On October 24, 2024 at approximately 9:58 PM, West Valley Fire & Rescue was dispatched to a car accident at the intersection of Church Drive and Farm to Market Road. Upon arrival, crews discovered a single vehicle had rolled over with one person trapped inside the vehicle, requiring immediate extrication.

West Valley Fire & Rescue initiated stabilization of the scene and began extrication efforts to safely remove the occupants from the damaged vehicle. Crews from Kalispell Fire quickly joined the operation, along with the ALERT Air Ambulance team, which provided critical support in transporting injured individuals for advanced medical care.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office and Montana Highway Patrol personnel responded to the scene to manage traffic control, secure the area and begin an investigation into the cause of the crash. Coordination between all agencies was essential to ensure timely and safe removal of persons from vehicles and efficient evacuation of the accident scene.

Additional information regarding the conditions of those involved and details of the crash remain under investigation by Montana Highway Patrol.
