Idol Star Athletics Championships will reportedly return after a 2-year absence

MBC‘s famous variety show Idol Star Athletics Championships (also known as ISAC) will reportedly return for Chuseok 2024.

According to an exclusive report from News1, MBC will resume production of the Idol Star Athletics Championships for this year’s Chuseok. The filming of the event is scheduled to begin in early August and the production team is busy recruiting idols for the show’s various events. Anticipated events for this year’s edition include indoor football, golf and relay racing.

The Idol Star Athletics Championships have not been held since the Chuseok edition in 2022. MBC has not yet responded to News1’s report.
