I can’t control how Triple H or the writers book me

Chelsea Green realizes she has limited control over what happens in the world of professional wrestling.

SmackDown superstar Chelsea Green was recently a guest on Wrestling with Freddie for Money in the Bank. When asked if she has a clear vision of what she wants to do next with WWE, Green gave a very open and honest answer.

“Well, I’m definitely one of those people that once I do something that I want to do, I move on to the next thing. I’ve always been like that, I can’t enjoy anything,” Chelsea Green said. “I just have to set another goal. And I mean, obviously, right now, Money in the Bank is coming up. I want to win Money in the Bank in the motherland, in front of all my friends and family, of course.

“But when I got fired from WWE, I really learned that work isn’t everything, and so I started doing other things and testing my improv skills and my acting skills and finding an agent and trying to get myself out there in different ways. So I think all of my goals now are outside of wrestling, because whatever’s going to happen is going to be in wrestling.

You can only control the way you look, the way you dress, and the way you act

“I can’t control how Triple H or the writers book me. It doesn’t matter how much you guys cheer for me. If they don’t want me to win Money in the Bank, if they don’t want me to go to Wrestlemania, they don’t have me there. And that’s the way it is. And you can’t keep yourself up at night. The only thing you can do, and I’m sure my husband has told you this before, is you can control three things: how you look, how you dress, and how you act.

“So I go out there. I have new stuff every week, I show up with a smile on my face, whether I’m really scared or not, and I do my best. So my goals now go way beyond wrestling, they’re all lifestyle goals, and family goals and stuff like that.”
