How to watch, TV schedule and team news for the All-Ireland semi-final – The Irish News

THIS season Donegal have been both a surprise and a dominant force in Gaelic football after Jim McGuinness came to the rescue after a controversial few years.

With Michael Murphy retiring after last season and the mountain ahead of them so huge, few expected Donegal to become Division Two champions, Ulster champions and All-Ireland semi-finalists.

Jimmy won’t want to stop winning games though and wants to crown his glorious return by bringing Sam Maguire back to Ballybofey for the first time in 12 years.

Galway have gone from strength to strength this year, maintaining a steady pace throughout the competition and winning the Connacht title by a wide margin.

Galway finished second in the group stage of the All-Ireland series, behind Armagh, before beating Monaghan and reigning All-Ireland champions Dublin to reach the semi-finals.

When and where is the All-Ireland semi-final between Donegal and Galway?

Donegal take on Galway in the semi-final of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship at Croke Park on Sunday, July 14.

The start is at 4:00 PM.

Where can I watch the match?

The match will be broadcast live on RTÉ, as well as on BBC NI and BBC iPlayer for viewers in the North.
