How to increase your health in Creatures of Ava: All Health Kit locations

Creatures of Ava This allows you to permanently upgrade three aspects of Vic’s kit: stamina, backpack size, and health.

The game features four unique biomes: Tamura Grasslands, Nari Jungle, Maruba Swamp, and Antar Dunes. You must Find health kits in different parts of each biome Unpleasant increase your maximum health in Creatures of Ava.

You start your journey in the grasslands and unlock other biomes as you complete all the quests in the region. Various infected and feral creatures will attack when you are in their vicinity, so increasing your maximum health makes survival easier. We found health kits in all biomes except the Antar Duneswith most kit locations requiring you to progress through the story to unlock regions. Once you complete all of the Nari Jungle missions and move on to the next biome, you will not be able to return to collect the permanent upgrades. However, you can use the teleporter to travel and collect the upgrades in other biomes at any time.

So, here are all Health Kit locations in Creatures of Ava.

Creatures of Ava Tamura Grasslands Health Kit Locations

We came across three health packs in Tamura Grasslands in Creatures of Ava:

1) Behind the waterfall in Cascade of Joy

• Go to Cascade of Joy, north of the Tamura Grasslands.
• Walk to the waterfall and your character will give you the tip to look behind the waterfall.
• Go past the waterfall to find the health kit and some other documents.

2) Behind an infected flower in the Antaris hermitage

You can’t enter the Antaris Hermitage because a guard is asking for the password. Complete the quests to unlock the Antaris Hermitage and then follow the steps below to get another Health Kit in Creatures of Ava:

• Navigate to the top floor of the castle to the right of the Antaris entrance. To do this, you’ll need to clear out infected plants.
• Go to the area where the zipline is activated, there is an infected flower blocking the entrance to a small room.
• Remove the infected flower to reach the health kit on the other side.

3) In the Forbidden Forest

The third Health Kit in Tamura Grasslands is hidden in the Forbidden Forest, to the right of the Antaris Hermitage entrance. Walk over the red spikes on the ground to reach the Health Kit location. You can walk over these deadly spikes once you learn the Hanar (shield ability) after reaching the third biome, Maruba Swamp.

So continue in the story, go back to the Forbidden Forest and follow the steps below to get the health kit:

• Go deeper into the Forbidden Forest and take the left path.
• Use Hanar to temporarily cast a shield on yourself before proceeding.
• Use Dhom to prevent the vines from blocking the entrance and keep using your shield.
• Use Ushun to lift the rock blocking the second entrance and go left, then right.
• You will come to a structure without the red spikes. You will need to walk over the spikes again to the left side of this structure to reach an Antaris statue.
• Next to the statue is the Health Kit on the crates. You can clean up the infected flower to quickly return to the entrance of the Forbidden Forest.

Creatures of Ava Nari Jungle Health Kit Locations

We found two health packs in the Nari Jungleand both require the help of creatures to reach the hidden locations:

1) At the Giggling Waterfall Teleporter

• Go to the body of water at the Giggling Waterfall Teleporter.
• Behind a small entrance, blocked by flowering vines, you can spot a teleporting creature.
• Use your flute to tame a Shapur (unicorn-like creature) in the region and control it so that it can clear the blocked entrance with its sonic scream.
• You’ll find the glowing Health Kit on the crates next to the creature teleporter.

2) North of the Experimental Space

• Navigate north of the Experimental Chamber and you’ll come to an area blocked by an upright wooden bridge.
• Use your flute to tame a Zard and control the creature to enter the hole to the left of the bridge, then walk across the log to enter another hole.
• Walk to the gate here and use Zard’s ability to break the ropes holding the bridge together.
• Disconnect from the creature and go to this area to collect the health kit.

Creatures of Ava Maruba Swamp Health Kit Locations

We came across three health packs in Maruba Swamp:

1) South of the Swamp Teleport secondary station

Navigate to almost the southern edge of the Maruba Swamp. Reach the area with three flower buds and an upright bridge. Here you can see a gold and green castle next to this region. Follow these steps once you are in this area:

• Use your flute to tame the two creatures in the region: Shum and Raga.
• Control Raga to enter the hole that leads to the Health Kit location. Use the creature’s ability to lower the bridge.
• Detach Shum (the flying creature), control him and use his ability on the three buttons to make them bloom individually.
• Disconnect and jump over the flowers to reach the health kit.

2) Within the Aleph Prime Study Center

• Go to the Aleph Prime study center.
• Take the ladder next to the Teleporter, which leads to the lower part of the complex.
• Use the shield ability, Hanar, to walk over the red spikes.
• The health set can be found at the end of the table.

3) North of New Lan-Lania

• Head north of New Lan-Lania to find a path down the mountain.
• Be careful not to take too much damage, as most of the creatures in this area are infected.
• Keep running until the end of the path, where you will find the health kit.
