GreedFall 2 early access release date and time

Greed Trap 2 early access releases on September 24 exclusively on PC via SteamThis early access version costs $39.99 USD, which is lower than the price of the full version.

Purchasing Early Access will also grant you access to the full game at full release and additional content at full release. However, you will not be able to transfer your save files to the full game, nor will you receive achievements for your playthroughs during Early Access. During Early Access, players will be able to play the first 30 percent of the full game, giving you a taste of the character customization and skill tree builds.

At the time of writing, Spiders, the developers of Greed Trap 2haven’t announced an exact early access release date yet, so we’ve set our countdown to 12:00 PDT on September 24If anything changes, we’ll update this article with new release times. On August 27, the developers published an open letter calling for a strike due to poor management and working conditions at the studio. The state reportedly Greed Trap 2‘s production looks bleak, with burnout and turnover hitting devs left and right. The preparation for the Early Access release was described in the letter as “painful,” and devs expressed doubts that they would even be able to deliver a full and polished game next year due to the amount of work that still needs to be done.

Neither the studio nor the publisher have yet responded to the open letter or changed the early access date. For now, everything still seems to be on track for GreedFall 2’s Early Access release on September 24th, but we’ll continue to post updates if anything changes.
