Georgetown Fair Continuing through Sat Evening July 13th

With the Georgetown Fair continuing through Saturday evening (July 13th), fair goers of all ages were there Thursday night getting in all the good times they could before in wraps up.

A young man from Georgetown, just five years old, was lucky enough to swing the mallet and ring the bell. His grandfather was quite impressed.

AUDIO: (Arien, you hit the bell! How hard was it?) Um, like hard. (Have you ever done that before?) Yes! (Alright, well hey, what do you think of what he just did there?) Hey, I’m proud of him, he’s good. (Did you ever do that?) No, I never could!

For Betty from Catlin, she’s spending the last couple days at the fair enjoying the food.

The Georgetown Fair’s grandstand events for the final two nights are the rodeo at 7:30 PM Friday (July 12th), and the Joe Nichols and Walker Montgomery concert at 7:30 PM Saturday (July 13th).
