George Clooney’s house bought by Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo

George Clooney‘is a lot richer after selling his LA house… and now we know who’s taking the money – Olivia Culpo And Christian McCaffrey.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the model and her football-playing husband threw away some of the Miss Universe and Niners money to pick up the Fryman Canyon home.

As we told you… real estate sources told us that Clooney recently vacated the six-bedroom home just north of $14 million — almost 30 years after he bought it from the legendary singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million.

George’s wife Amal called the house their “private oasis” in 2018… and it’s quite secluded, completely surrounded by trees.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. represented George in the transaction…he confirmed the sale to us but had no comment. Kevin Dees of Carolwood Estates represented Christian and Olivia. Now we know who bought the house just months after we tied the knot.

Like we told you…Culpo and CMC said “I do” at Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island in June – attended by several of OC’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model colleagues and some 49ers teammates from CMC.

We told you last year… Culpo joked that she was planning to tear out her IUD on their wedding day – and admitted she wanted children as soon as possible. Six bedrooms is obviously enough to raise quite a large family.

BTW… Culpo previously lived in a house in LA and owned a $3.5 million property in Encino, according to Page Six. Looks like she’s doing business in LA
