Friday forecast finally focuses on additional concerns about flooding

JACKSONVILLE, Florida. – Flood warnings remain in place on Friday, with advisories and warnings in effect until 8pm

Flood Warning Remains: Inland Nassau, Inland SJC, Inland Flagler, Coastal Nassau, Coastal Duval, Coast SJC, Coastal Flagler

Areas with saturated soil where more rain is expected today can expect an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain by late afternoon.

We will have partly cloudy and foggy skies giving way to rainy conditions from lunch with heavy rain and possible thunderstorms. Showers could produce another 1-2″ in already flooded areas.

Friday temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s. Sunset is at 7:34 p.m.
