Fortnite is getting Disney villains, Incredibles characters, and a season of Doctor Doom | D23 2024

Epic Games is teaming up with Disney to bring some of its iconic villains, as well as a host of new Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel characters, to Fortnite.

The latest Fortnite collaboration was revealed during the Disney Experiences Showcase at D23 2024. The latest crossover kicks off next week, with Mandalorian characters like Grogu arriving on August 12. Then, the next season of Fortnite will usher in the era of Doctor Doom with the Absolute Doom theme, featuring more Marvel-themed skins and items for players to play with on August 16. Disney isn’t done with Fortnite yet. This fall, Fortnite players can expect appearances from a selection of iconic Disney villains including Maleficent, Cruella DeVille, and Captain Hook. Pixar characters are also on the way. Notably, Disney’s family of superheroes, the Incredibles, will be making an appearance in the game, with players able to enjoy content based on heroes like Mr. and Mrs. Incredible and Frozone.
