Former Nogales doctor Marco Saucedo sentenced to 40 years in prison

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The former Nogales OB-GYN, who admitted to sexual abuse and attempted sexual assault of patients, was sentenced to 40 years in prison on Friday, November 15.

Marco Saucedo, whose indictment is more than twenty years old, also pleaded no contest to two additional charges of attempted sexual assault on September 23.

The charges span 20 years, from a 2002 attempted sexual assault count, specifically with a patient, to the 2022 sexual assault count involving a victim 15 years or older.

Saucedo originally faced fourteen charges, but eight were dismissed. He faced probation and more than 40 years in prison.
