Former ace James Tomkins wanted by Wolves

Wolves have made a poor start to the 2024-25 Premier League season and an injury to Yerson Mosquera means they will be looking to lure a former Crystal Palace player into joining them on the free transfer market.

Gary O’Neil will already be despairing as Wolves are yet to win a single game this season and are bottom of the English top-flight table.

James Tomkins is a player with a wealth of experience. According to the transfer market, he has played 394 games in his career. HITC reports that the Midlands club is seriously considering him.

He is currently without a club after leaving Palace last summer and, at 35, this could be his last chance to play in the Premier League.

The wolves haven’t struck yet, but given the current situation, they don’t want to linger any longer.
