Finn Balor Credits R-Truth For Giving More Momentum To Judgment Day

In an interview with What’s The Story (via Fightful), Finn Balor indicated that R-Truth has given Judgment Day more momentum following his return at Survivor Series and interactions with the group.

He said: “I thought it was starting to die down a little bit there. A couple weeks after Mania, ‘Ah, I’m not sure how long this is going to last,’ then R-Truth came along, that was before WrestleMania, that’s when I felt like it was starting to die down, but R-Truth came in and gave it a shot. Then, after Mania, a thing with Miz. It’s so interesting that you can spend so much time perfecting the fundamentals of wrestling and the techniques of wrestling and then you walk into the mall and a mom comes up to you and says, ‘What’s going on with Rhea and Liv?’ Not, ‘How did you do that headlock?’ It’s so weird. Even what I’m in love with, that’s changed. I’m not doing what I fell in love with. It’s something totally different. It’s new to me. I’m learning. It’s super fun and the wrestling is fun. I’m doing other stuff with the backstage promos and the dynamic is so good and the group is so layered.“
