Fantasy football Week 6 inactives: who joins and who leaves?

Who should you start with? Who should you sit with? To help you build your fantasy football lineups and avoid starting an offensive player who isn’t in the lineup, we’ll post fantasy-relevant updates and analysis here when NFL teams release their official inactive lists. All rankings mentioned in this column come from our ESPN Fantasy staff rankings.

Official Sunday inactives should arrive approximately 90 minutes before scheduled kickoff times: around 11:30 AM ET for early games and 2:30 PM ET for late afternoon games.

Refresh regularly for the latest information.

4:00 PM ET games

Ian Thomas, TE, CAR: Calf — Activated via IR
Impact: He has to replace Tommy Tremble (concussion), who has been ruled out.

Diontae Johnson, WR, CAR: Single — Active
Impact: He will play, as will Xavier Legette (shoulder), who was removed from the injury report earlier this week.

Audric Estime, RB, DEN: Single — Activated via IR
Impact: He should take on a small portion of the backfield committee.

Josh Reynolds, WR, DEN: Hand — OFF/IR
Impact: Lil’Jordan Humphrey gains value. Marvin Mims Jr. and/or Troy Franklin could see a few additional targets.

Gus Edwards, RB, LAC: Single — OFF/IR
Impact: JK Dobbins gets the most RB touches. Kimani Vidal could see some backup work.

Zamir White, RB, LV: Lies — Inactive
Impact: Alexander Mattison will lead the Las Vegas backfield again in Week 6.

Davante Adams, WR, LV: Hamstring — OUT
Impact: Lost another week. DJ Turner and Tre Tucker could once again have some level of fantasy relevance.

Jakobi Meyers, WR, LV: Single — Inactive
Impact: A downgrade on Saturday made it pretty clear where this was going.

Cordarrelle Patterson, RB, PIT: Single — OUT
Impact: Jaylen Warren (knee) has been removed from the injury report and will spell Najee Harris.

MyCole Pruitt, TE, PIT: Knee — OUT
Impact: Pat Freiermuth (calf) has now been removed from the injury report and will start.

Sunday night game

Malik Nabers, WR, NYG: Concussion — OUT
Impact: Darius Slayton and Wan’Dale Robinson will catch up.

Devin Singletary, RB, NYG: Lies — OUT
Impact: We’ll see the team turn to rookie Tyrone Tracy Jr. again.

Chase Brown, RB, CIN: Quadruple — Doubtful
Impact: Expected to see fairly even play and splitting with Zack Moss (foot).

9.30am London match

Gabe Davis, WR, JAX: Knee — Active
Impact: Although limited in practice, he did travel all the way to London, so he’ll probably give it a try.

Evan Engram, TE, JAX: Hamstring — Active
Impact: Why wouldn’t you adapt too if you even bothered to fly across the Atlantic?

1:00 PM ET games

Matt Prater, K, ARI: Knee — Inactive
Impact: Chad Ryland was once again removed from the practice squad.

Zay Jones, WR, ARI: Hamstring — OUT
Impact: His suspension is over, but it may take some time before he is fit to compete.

Rasheen Ali, RB, BAL: Neck — Activated via IR
Impact: With Derrick Henry and Justice Hill doing so well, there’s no need to rush the rookie.

Deonte Harty, WR, BAL: Knee — Active
Impact: Rashod Bateman (groin) has been removed from the injury report and will start.

Nick Chubb, RB, CLE: Knee — OUT
Impact: As the “return from IR clock” continues to tick, Jerome Ford will handle RB1 duties…

Nyheim Hines, RB, CLE: Knee — OUT
Impact: …with Pierre Strong Jr. and D’Onta Foreman in the mix for backup work.

Christian Watson, WR, GB: Single — Active
Impact: Dontayvion Wicks was able to go one step further again as Watson was limited all week.

Luke Musgrave, TE, GB: Single — OFF/IR
Impact: Tucker Kraft’s stellar play makes this loss quite bearable.

Joe Mixon, RB, HOU: Single — Active
Impact: He’s back and ready to play. Meanwhile, Dameon Pierce (ankle) will also be in the Houston huddle.

Robert Woods, WR, HOU: Foot — OUT
Impact: Also expect Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell to star with Nico Collins (hamstring) on IR.

Anthony Richardson, QB, IND: Oblique — Inactive
Impact: He becomes the No. 3 QB, who can only be used in an emergency.

Jonathan Taylor, RB, IND: Single — OUT
Impact: Trey Sermon (collarbone) has been removed from the injury report and should start.

Josh Downs, WR, IND: Toe — Active
Impact: He’ll adapt, but don’t expect a huge stat line this weekend.

Michael Pittman Jr., WR, IND: Back — Active
Impact: Plenty of practice on Friday amid rumors that an IR stint was looming. He’s going to try, but this is a very unpredictable situation.

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, NE: Foot — OUT
Impact: Antonio Gibson and JaMycal Hasty will be a tag team in the backfield.

Kendrick Bourne, WR, NE: Knee — Active
Impact: Even if he will play, it’s not ideal for Drake Maye to make his debut as the starting QB.

KJ Osborn, WR, NE: Shoulder — Active
Impact: Like Bourne, there isn’t much upside here. WRs Javon Baker and Tyquan Thornton are both healthy scratches.

Derek Carr, QB, NO: Oblique — OUT
Impact: Has the ‘Spencer Rattler era’ officially begun?

Kendre Miller, RB, NO: Hamstring — Activated from IR, but OFF
Impact: Alvin Kamara (hip/hand) was removed from the injury report and should dominate the backfield touches again.

Taysom Hill, TE, NO: Ribs — OUT
Impact: more Foster Moreau.

Rachaad White, RB, TB: Foot — Inactive
Impact: Expect Bucky Irving early and often in this one.

Jalen McMillan, WR, TB: Hamstring — Active
Impact: He is indeed active, although nowhere near the fantasy value of Mike Evans or Chris Godwin.

Trey Palmer, WR, TB: Concussion — OUT
Impact: Both Palmer and Kameron Johnson (ankle) will sit, leaving Tampa Bay’s WR depth chart quite sparse.

Brian Robinson Jr., RB, WSH: Knee — OUT
Impact: At least Austin Ekeler (heel) was removed from the injury report.
