Week 15 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers

I only recommend players who are 40% or lower on the selection list. All selection percentages are from Yahoo!

Isiah Kiner-Falefa, 2B/3B/SS/OF – TOR (39%)

This is becoming a pattern for me. I identified most of my targets Saturday morning for this Sunday article and some of them are going absolutely crazy in their Saturday match and seeing their selection increase dramatically in just one day (IKF was only 34% selected yesterday).

Anyway, grab IKF while you can. The Jays’ utilityman has been red hot over the past two weeks, posting a .422 batting average with three home runs and an incredible 13 runs scored. He and Vladdy Jr. have been the biggest catalysts in Toronto’s offensive resurgence. He is eligible for four different positions and is a no-brainer add for this week.

Heston Kjerstad, OF – BAL (31%) and Colton Cowser, OF – BAL (28%)

The Orioles have an embarrassment of riches when it comes to young outfield prospects and these two lefties have come a long way in development. While Cowswer has been with the club for most of the season and now has 12 home runs after three dingers in his last four games, Kjerstad has only been back with the Orioles for about a week.

Kjerstad is finally showing the elite power he showed in the minors, homering in each of his last two games, with yesterday’s grand slam coming in dramatic fashion.

If you can only add one, I think Kjerstad has the highest ceiling, but they’re both worth adding to the roster at this point, especially until we see what happens with the Orioles. They could ship someone like Cedric Mullins at the deadline to make room for their two best young hitters in the everyday lineup.

Zach Neto, SS – LAA (31%)

Neto is quietly having a very good season as he is 20/20 years on pace with a respectable .250 average and solid contributions in runs scored and RBI. He’s 0 for his last 8, but he’s been on the rise over the past month and gets a date with Oakland’s poor pitching staff in the first series of the week.

Spencer Horwitz, 1B/2B – TOR (25%)

Like IKF, Horwitz has been a solid spark for Toronto’s offense since he emerged a month ago. The left-handed pitcher isn’t known for his power, but he did hit two home runs in a single game against Cleveland on Sunday. What he does exceptionally well is get on base, and he should be back in the lineup for most games this week, as the Jays are scheduled to see just one left-handed pitcher (Framber Valdez) in their seven games.

Brandon Marsh, OF – PHI (23%)

It appears we could get at least a week of Marsh cleaning up for the Phillies, as both Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber have landed on the 10-day IL. Marsh missed some time himself during the first half of June, but has been back in the lineup against RHP the last few weeks.

Marsh is only an average hitter, but he does have some power in his bat and the ability to steal some bases, as he already has nine this season. The RBI opportunities should be there this week as Marsh gets to hit behind Trea Turner, Bryson Stott and Alec Bohm.

Jose Siri, OF – TB (23%)

Siri has four home runs in the past two weeks, including two in one game against Washington on Friday night.

Most notably, he has been in the lineup for nine straight games, proving he can be an everyday player and not just a platoon player. We’d like to see some more stolen base attempts with his blazing speed, but for now the power numbers will work.

José Miranda, 3B – MIN (21%)

Speaking of guys who aren’t platoon players anymore, Miranda has secured the third base spot for Minnesota with his incredibly strong hitting of late. He hit .381 with 13 RBI over the past two weeks.

He won’t hit many home runs, but Miranda has been spraying singles and doubles all over the park lately and helping to breathe life into this Twins’ offense.

Jhonkensy Noel, 1B/3B/OF – CLE (13%)

This guy is one of my absolute favorite additions this week and he is also one of the most available options. The big 22-year-old started two games for Cleveland since being called up from Triple-A and homered in each of them. His home flight at Ragans yesterday was a crazy laser beam.

Noel’s path to playing time could be a bit tricky as the Guardians have a lot of good young hitters, but the sheer power we’ve seen from Noel so far may be too great for Cleveland to be left out of the lineup on a daily basis. He can play first, third, the corner outfield slots or just DH, but Noel is advocating being in the lineup as often as possible so far.

Fantasy Baseball Deep League Hitter streamers to consider

Some batters who are widely available (less than 10% of the roster) might be worth watching this week.

Good luck this week and choose your streaming options wisely!
