Explosion at a steel mill in Mexico leaves twelve dead

Images from the scene of an explosion at a steel mill in Mexico’s central state of Tlaxcala that killed at least 12 people. According to authorities, the accident took place around 3 a.m. (0900 GMT) in a tower of the Aceros Simec complex, located on an industrial estate.
