On Monday, September 2, the 33-year-old actress shared a few adorable snaps on Instagram from a recent trip with her 3-year-old son Rhodes and her fiancé Cody John.

“Fish. Read. Cuddle,” she captioned the post.

The first image shows Roberts proudly showing off the fish she has caught, holding a fishing rod and standing in ankle-deep shallow water. She is wearing casual waterproof overalls with tall black boots and a white jacket underneath.

In the second photo, Roberts stands by the water while holding a colorful book in front of her face titled Alligatorlanda nonfiction publication by Rebecca Renner.

The merry-go-round continues with a photo of Roberts sitting on a blue folding chair in her fishing gear, trading in her stylish black sandals for boots. This is followed by a photo of her embracing her son, who appears to be taking a nap.

Roberts has a son with her ex Garrett Hedlund, from whom she split in January 2022.

Earlier this summer, the Scream queens Alum announced her engagement to her partner of two years with a brazen post slamming her mother for sharing a photo of her son without her consent in the past.

“Putting this here before my mom tells everyone ❤️,” she wrote alongside a photo of the couple smiling as she showed off her ring.

Roberts recently revealed that she is interested in starring in the 2023 biopic based on Britney Spears’ memoir The woman in mewhich is currently being worked on.

“I thought, I love her assistant,” Roberts said in an interview with Cosmopolitanresponding to the suggestion. “I mean, it’s my real dream to play Britney Spears. It’s a rumor, but I hope it might come true.”
