ECNL Girls Players of the Year and All-Conference Teams Announced for 2023-24

RICHMOND, Virginia – The ECNL Girls announced the 2023-24 Conference Players of the Year and the All-Conference First and Second Teams.

“Establishing yourself as one of the best players in an ECNL Conference for an entire season is an incredible accomplishment,” said ECNL Girls Commissioner Ralph Richards.

“This award represents a commitment to excellence and recognizes the work done by both players and coaches. Congratulations to all the players recognized, as well as their coaches and teammates who made this incredible achievement possible.”

The honorees were selected by conference awards committees with technical representatives from each club in each of the ECNL Girls’ 10 conferences. The number of players selected was based on the size of the respective conference.

Players selected to their respective All-Conference First Teams are also eligible for selection to the ECNL Girls All-American teams, which will be announced later this week. All-Conference Players of the Year are also eligible for selection to the ECNL Girls’ National Player of the Year.
