Dragon Age: The Veilguard release date leaks

Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the highly anticipated next installment in BioWare’s fantasy role-playing game series, is coming October 31.

This is evident from an early version of the trailer revealing tonight’s release date, which has already appeared online early.

BioWare fans have had to wait a long time: it’s only been a month since Dragon Age: Inquisition came out in 2014, but the next chapter in the saga is finally here, in just a month and a half.

BioWare will officially date Dragon Age: The Veilguard tonight, in a trailer set to be released at 5pm UK time. Judging by the trailer’s title image, this appears to be a longer look – including a glimpse at some modified versions of protagonist Rook – than the short video currently circulating.

BioWare yesterday unveiled a marketing plan in preparation for the October 31st release of The Veilguard. Next week, it will provide a sneak peek at the advanced combat and the PC version of the game. The following week, it will delve deeper into the accompanying game.

On August 30th, BioWare will host a developer Q&A via Discord.

“Whisper it, but Dragon Age: The Veilguard makes me think the unthinkable: it looks like BioWare is back,” wrote Chris Tapsell, who was impressed with Eurogamer’s first hands-on of Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
