Do you know where John Callis is? Police continue to search for football fan in violent attack video

Baltimore Police are actively searching for 24-year-old John Callis, wanted for a brutal attack that occurred after the Baltimore Ravens game on October 13, 2024. The attack occurred in the 1000 block of South Charles Street, where Callis was captured on video showing two Washington Commanders fans, both 23 years old, being attacked. The unprovoked attack has led to charges of first-degree aggravated assault and three charges of second-degree assault against Callis.

According to authorities, the attack was recorded after the NFL game and the footage shows Callis punching one of the victims without any apparent cause. Baltimore police released Callis’ name and photo and urged the public to provide information on his whereabouts.

The charges against Callis are serious: first-degree aggravated assault carries a prison sentence of up to 25 years in Maryland. Police have not yet located him and are working with Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, encouraging anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to contact them at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
