Rasheed Wallace: What makes you go after the guys that you go after? Chris Luchey: It’s always size for your position, NBA skill set, or freak athlete. Those are the guys that I learned when I was a scout, that guys would go to another level. Dirk Nowitzki at forward, yourself Sheed, even in the early days, you could stretch the floor. Magic Johnson has tremendous point guard size for your position. Then you have all your incredible athletes, all your freak athletes have been successful in general. That’s what you look for, I think. Personally, I always look for character, because the NBA guy is crazy, especially from an agent standpoint.
