Diddy faces new allegations of sexual assault from six accusers in the latest lawsuits

Six people have accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault in new lawsuits filed in federal court in Manhattan on Monday, October 14, 2024. The accusers, who remain anonymous, include two women identified as Jane Does and four men referred to as John Does.

According to their lawyers, these six are part of a larger group of more than 100 alleged victims who plan to take legal action against Combs following his arrest last month on sex trafficking charges, as reported by The Associated Press.

A man named John Doe, from North Carolina, claims that Combs fondled his genitals at one of the rapper’s famous white parties in the Hamptons in 1998, when he was just 16. The man claims that Combs coerced him into entering the music industry by treating the act as a “rite of passage.”

Previously, Combs had only faced civil lawsuits and a criminal charge related to sexual activity with adults. His legal team has not yet commented on the new lawsuits. When these charges were first announced in early October, Combs’ attorney dismissed them as part of a “reckless media circus.”

Diddy, 54, has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking. According to the indictment, he abused women for years, using a network of associates to silence victims through blackmail, violence, kidnapping and physical violence.

The rapper remains in custody following his arrest on September 16, 2024, with two judges ruling that his release would pose a danger to the community. Despite a proposed $50 million bail package that included home detention and electronic monitoring, a judge denied his bail request over concerns about witness tampering and the ongoing investigation. An appeals court also denied his immediate release.

In addition to John Doe’s account of North Carolina, other lawsuits include allegations of rape, forced oral sex and drugging. A Jane Doe claims that Combs raped her in a locked hotel room in 2004 after forcing her and her girlfriend to snort cocaine.

The other Jane Doe accuses Combs of violently assaulting and raping her in 2005 during a party for the late rapper Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video.

Further allegations come from a security guard who claims Combs drugged him and sexually assaulted him at a white party in the Hamptons in 2006.

Another lawsuit involves a man who claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex in the storage room of a Macy’s in Manhattan in 2008.

The latest lawsuit details a 2021 incident in which a man claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted at a party by multiple men, including Combs.

Diddy’s trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025.
