Diamond Sports Group Terminates Contracts with Mavs Pelicans

Diamond Sports Group’s revised broadcasting agreements with 22 NBA and NHL teams were approved by a federal judge on Tuesday.

The company filed for bankruptcy nearly 18 months ago.

The judge granted Diamond’s request to terminate his contracts with the Mavs and Pelicans. Diamond will continue to broadcast games through the 2024-25 season for the 22 teams in his portfolio.

The Pelicans will broadcast their games over the air next season.
