Cyclists who survived terrorist attacks around the world cycle from Monaco to Nice

The final stage of the Tour de France is Sunday, but on Friday, survivors of terrorist attacks around the world and their families took up the challenge. For the first time, several first responders from the 9/11 FDNY and NYPD joined the ride. Other survivors included victims of the 2017 New York West Side bike path attack.
