BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) — Li Haitao, a former senior political advisor in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, has been arrested on suspicion of taking bribes, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) said in a statement on Sunday.
