Chief public defender demands disclosure following Whitaker’s guilty plea | News

The Office of the Territorial Public Defender said it is “demanding” that territorial law enforcement provide information about which cases involved investigation by the companies formerly run by David Whitaker, in the wake of his guilty plea to federal wire fraud and bribery charges.

Chief Territorial Public Defender Julie Todman issued a statement Thursday, calling on VI Police and the VI Department of Justice to share information about cases that involved the Office of Data Discovery and Forensic Analysis (ODDFA), Mon Ethos Pro Support, “or any of the other entities formerly headed by David Whitaker.”
