Cedars-Sinai Designated as Official Medical Provider for the 2028 Olympic Games

Cedars-Sinai Health System is partnering with the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and will be the Official Medical Provider for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

The health system, which operates at more than 40 locations including its flagship 889-bed Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, will provide medical clinics and services during the Games, according to a Sept. 19 news release. It will also care for athletes as they prepare for competitions leading up to the Games through an affiliation with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Medical Network.

The network includes Cedars-Sinai and eight other medical institutions:

  • Texas Children’s Hospital (Houston)
  • The Steadman Clinic (Vail, Colorado)
  • UF Health (Gainesville, Fla.)
  • Adirondack Health (Lake Placid, NY)
  • Center for Orthopedic Excellence in Colorado (Colorado Springs)
  • University of Utah Health (Salt Lake City)
  • Lake Placid (NY) Sports Med
  • UCHealth Commemoration (Colorado Springs)
