A story from The Sun broke the reported news of Davidson returning to rehab, which quickly went viral. The story also claimed that it took place shortly after an affair with Georgas ended. Now she takes to Instagram Stories (via People) to respond to all the chatter, stating clearly:

I never dated Pete. False rumor. I’m friends with his sister. Case closed.

There you have it. Although she has a connection with the SNL alum, Georgas claims they were never romantically linked. One can only imagine how many calls and texts she has received since the story went online.

In another slide on her IG Story, the Bachelor alum also addressed the claim that Pete Davidson checked into rehab. She also refuted this and posted:

I just talked to his sister, he is not in rehab and has been sober for months. I can’t believe this shit, it’s very insulting to his recovery and my mental health. He is literally at home.

She certainly didn’t mince her words. Although Davidson has been to rehab before, she claims he is still sober and at home. This is clearly in stark contrast to the previous report, and is sure to spark even more debate until Davidson addresses the chatter head-on.

News of Davidson’s reported relapse shocked audiences, especially after he recently returned to SNL in the John Mulaney episode. That episode, which is streaming with a Peacock subscription, has some fans hoping the 31-year-old could return to host the long-running series. But we’ll have to see if the rumors of his relapse are ultimately true or not.
