Bridgeport man arrested for murder in fatal December 2023 car crash

TRUMBULL, CT (WFSB) – A Bridgeport man was arrested in connection with a fatal car crash that occurred in December 2023.

Christopher Lazo, 26, turned himself in on Tuesday after an active arrest warrant was issued.

Lazo faces charges including negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, failure to maintain proper lane and improper passing.

He was released on a $10,000 bond and will appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on December 23, 2024.
